Does anyone know how to extend the timeout for digit entry on the "Caller System Transfer"? We use 7 digit extensions and many times callers pause to look at a piece of paper for the extension?
Unity 4.0.4
Thanks,
Jason

In Unity 4.1 we've exposed the system timers for first digit timeout and inter digit timeout defaults which you can adjust (these are also adjustable on a per user basis as well as the number of menu timeouts).
these values were not exposed/adjustable in 4.0(4).

Follow up to this - if you can't upgrade to 4.1 it should be possible to edit that conversation directly - this is one of two scripted conversations that shipped in 4.0(4) (about half the conversations are scripted in 4.0(5) and all of them in 4.1 which is what allowed us to make these values nicely adjustable in 4.1).
I don't have a 4.0(4) system installed here to test on but it should be possible to edit the systemtransfer.cde script for you and crank out the first digit and interdigit collection times on that conversation for you. Email me off line if you want to go this route (realizing this is not TAC supported) - lindborg at cisco dot com.
