You can record the prompt, however it's not supported by TAC, of course, and the change will be wiped out during an upgrade. As long as you understand this, you can go to the \Commserver\Localize\Prompts\ENU\711\CSSystemTransferScript\ directory (substitute in 729a if you're using that prompt set instead of 711 of course).
In that directory you will find a PROMPT.INI file - it has the text of all the prompts used by this conversation - you can record replacements for what you want. Just deleting a prompt, however, will result in system failure on that conversation - if you want to get rid of a prompt you must replace it with an "empty" blank prompt.
Be sure to back up your changes as these prompts will all be replaced on any future upgrade.
