Yes, you can enable the Busy greeting for subscribers. Read more about subscriber greetings here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_user_guide_chapter09186a0080640504.html

Once enabled, the Busy greeting will be played if the call arrives with redirecting reason of Busy. The Standard greeting will continue to be played for any other redirecting reason (e.g. no-answer). You can use the CallViewer on Unity to monitor the call info, including redirect reason, that Unity receives from the phone system.

Hi -

If you are using CallManager, check the Busy Trigger field on the user's directory number number, section "Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings". This field is used in combination with the max number of calls (inbound/outbound) for that DN. If maximum number of calls is set for 4 and the busy trigger is set to 2, then incoming call 3 gets rejected with a busy cause (and will get forwarded if Call Forward Busy is set). So the 3rd caller would hear the Busy greeting. If the caller only had one call in progress and another call came in, the caller would hear the Standard greeting when it rolled to voicemail.
