CallHandler change settings in DB

Is there a way I can change default settings for New CallHandlers?

I want to change default entries for Caller Input.

Now I see that *,0 and # are automatically populated.

Actually new ones for 0 are not using Operator, but one of my customized CH.

Im selecting NEW option, not based in CH

The way to do this would be to setup a call handler the way you want and base new handlers on that one - by default I believe new call handlers that are not explicitly based off another use the call handler associated with the default subscriber template - typically you do not want the call handlers associated with subscribers to have the same defaults as application call handlers - although perhaps you do.
