I am using unity 4.0(5) and unable to meet my requirement in one of the callhandlers.
I have created a new scheduler(With closed hours) with my local timings and applied in the callhandler. I have created a closed greeting and after greeting transferred to take message. In extent to this call is transferred (call transfer) to my reception number.
In the closed hours, this callhandler is working fine. Once the closed hours is finished, call is not transferring to reception number!!!
