Hi,
I recently had a phone go faulty and replaced it with a new one configured it exactly the same in callmanager and configured the CA client but all you get is question marks in the application for the lines configured on the phone.
I have reset the phone, rebooted the pc and reset the TCD service to no avil.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you associate the new/replacement device with the ac user?
