you could enable some detailed traces to help you find this.
try the following for starters and then be sure you can capture the event:
trace>configuration>ccmIPaddy>ciscoCallManager
set the debug trace level to detailed.
set the traceOn checkbox to checked.
set the enableFileTraceLog checkbox to checked.
check the following checkboxes:
enableCMrealTimeInformationServerTrace.
enableMiscellaneousTrace.
enableCDRtrace.
enableMediaResourceManagerTrace.
enableKeepAliveTrace.
these are good for starters and will keep the logs to a minimal for now but you can check the other options to trace as well if you need to.
now, click the 'SDLconfiguration' link to the upper right so you can turn on SDLtrace. enable the following for starters:
check the following SDL checkboxes:
allLayer1Trace
allLayer2Trace
allLayer3Trace
gatewaySignalsTrace
allCallControlTrace
miscellaneousTrace(databaseSignals)
UUIEoutputTrace
CTItrace
defaultTrace
SDLlinkStatesTrace
signalDataDumpTrace
SDLprocessStatesTrace
SDLtcpEventsTrace
lowLevelSDLtrace

the SDLs are tougher to read so if you need help, post some results and we can assist :)
