CallManager Serviceability

Using CallManager Serviceability in hybrid topology

In my work we have a hybrid topology that connect a traditional non IP PBX Nortel meridian to a Cisco voice MGCP gateway 3845 Using T1/PRI , all phones are analogue or digital connected directly to the PBX , the voice gateway is connected to CE router which is connected to MPLS cloud

This is the topology : Analogue or Digital phone --PBX---ISR 3845--CE-MPLS cloud + CallManager 4.3

We have callmanager cluster that do a signalling and route plan for the MGCP voice gateways, my question is :

With this hybrid topology is it possible to use callmanager serviceability including Real Time Monitoring, CDR Analysis & Reporting to check QoS , traffic, malicious calls using RTMT and CAR Reports sush as :

Server Statistics report

Service Statistics report

System reports
