CallProcessingNodeCpuPegging alert meaning

I receive the following email alert reporting the CPU threshold is 98% but the process that uses most of the CPU is only 2%.

What is the actual meaning of the alert?

 

Subject: [RTMT-ALERT-StandAloneCluster] CallProcessingNodeCpuPegging

 

 Processor load over configured threshold for configured duration of time . Configured high threshold is 98 %

tomcat#1 (2 percent) uses most of the CPU. 

 

Processor_Info: 

 

 For processor instance 1: %CPU= 99, %User= 3, %System= 2, %Nice= 0, %Idle= 0, %IOWait= 95, %softirq= 0, %irq= 0. 

 

 For processor instance _Total: %CPU= 99, %User= 2, %System= 1, %Nice= 0, %Idle= 0, %IOWait= 96, %softirq= 0, %irq= 0. 

 

 For processor instance 0: %CPU= 99, %User= 1, %System= 1, %Nice= 0, %Idle= 0, %IOWait= 98, %softirq= 0, %irq= 0. 

 

The alert is generated on Tue Jun 24 12:15:40 EST 2014 on node 10.200.1.210. 

  

 Memory_Info: %Mem Used= 70, %VM Used= 46. 

 

 Partition_Info: 

Swap: %Disk Used=0. 

Active: %Disk Used=86. 

Common: %Disk Used=79.

Hi,

Probably you already fixed the issue but, in the past I got this error too.

In my situation was created because of a call routing looping (hairpinning).

One dial-peer on the gateway were sending back to the CUCM the call.

Ex: phone calls ext 1000-----CUCM sends the call to GW-----GW sends the call back to CUCM------>looping
