Calls to certain numbers over E1 ISDN drop after 3 minutes?
Upgraded CallManager from 3.3 to 7.1, including hardware , and upgraded the voice gateway router. Configs on both have stayed the same.
Calls to certain numbers drop after 3minutes, but the number can be dialled again straight away, i.e. the phone does not reset, but the call to the same number will drop after 3minutes. Only happens on certain numbers and is not restricted to certain route patterns. The majoirty of calls a unaffected so in total affects about 1% of calls so there is no obvious pattern.
Termination Cause Code is 102 = Recovery on timer expiry (The call was terminated when a timer expired and a recovery routine was executed) - I have checked all the timers on gateway and CCM to no avail.
The fault can be replicated every time on the specified numbers. I have opened a Cisco TAC case and also logged with telco who are currently investigating -

The circuit is ISDN E1 PRI. Debug isdn q931 for the failed calls has a different CONNECT message to the rest of the good calls....
