Calls to CUE from CME - busy

Hello,

I am configuring CME and CUE. When I dial the voicemail pilot from the phone, it gives a busy signal. I have followed the config guides and the config looks good. When I do a debug ccsip all, i dont get any output. Any ideas?

THanks

Re: Calls to CUE from CME - busy

have you enabled the debugs on the isr yet ?

on the previous post the VM pilot dialpeer was never hit based on the debugs that were posted.

Re: Calls to CUE from CME - busy

And you have 5799 defined as a SIP trigger for AA or VM within CUE?

Assuming this is CUE 7.1+, do you have available IVR ports for this?

CUE atrace may shed some more light during a failure.
