Can caller to CUE mailbox 'dial out'?

Gurus,

My apologies for asking a question that I'm sure has been asked here before, although my search of the forum has yielded no results.

Can my CUE mailboxes be configured so that a caller can 'dial-out', i.e., "Hi, thanks for calling. Please leave a message, or press Zero now for a member of my support staff."

I found the section in the CUE GUI (feel so dumb now...) for "Voicemail Operator", whatever is in this field, is where the caller will land if he presses Zero.
