I have Call Manager version 4.2.3 .
I want to use 7970 ip phone. When I add the 7970 ip phone. I have saw the phone as 7970. But When Try to create a device profile I dont saw 7970 device profice.You can see the problem at the attached file on picture. How can I solve the problem.
When I try to creat a device profile I want to see 7970 device type on page.

Hi,
I am running 4.2.3 sr4b in my lab and the 7970 device profile is near the bottom of the drop down list when i try to add it. If you don't see it at the bottom of the list i suggest you upgrade to the latest version or the version i am running. Ity could be a dev pack issue which will include newer ones in any upgrade software.
