We have several operators using Attenant Console ver. 8.6.2.611 and when calls come in from one particular region, Canada, the operator can not put the any call on hold, they get error " Unable to place call, the following error was returned- This is an invalid destination"
All other regions work fine as far as putting calls on hold.
Any direction on this issue would be helpful?

Are you using the term "region" as a geographic region or as a call manager region? CUCM uses regions to define which CODEC is used between them.
Can you provide the tracelog at the time of the call that you are trting to put on hold.
Thanks

Regions in the sense geographic regions.
Do you want the trace log from the pc? If so what directory is it in?

I would make sure that the CSS of the incoming gateway has the proper access to the service device that is being used to place the call on hold. Are you able to perform a call park from within the application?
Thanks,
Tony
