We have several operators using Attenant Console ver. 126.96.36.1991 and when calls come in from one particular region, Canada, the operator can not put the any call on hold, they get error " Unable to place call, the following error was returned- This is an invalid destination"
All other regions work fine as far as putting calls on hold.

I would make sure that the CSS of the incoming gateway has the proper access to the service device that is being used to place the call on hold. Are you able to perform a call park from within the application?
