Can't access saweb - shows build version 0.(0)

Hi,

I've been asked to look at a customer's site (only remotely so far) and when he goes into saweb, from both the actual server or any desktop, the front page of saweb displays, but shows a build version of 0.(0) and none of the hyperlinks are active.

Unity is working fine.

I Think he is on version 3.1. IE verison 6.0 has been installed. I've tried a reboot to no effect. Has anyone seen this before?

this doesn't sound familiar - specific version and configuration would probably be a good first step here.

The File Ver is 3.1.0.153

The Product Version is 3.1(0.68)
