Does anyone know how to get around the audio of the Sign-In conversation on Unity Connection 7.0 getting chopped off when calling from outside? We have a DID set up for checking voicemail from outside, which is forwarded to Unity via a CTI Route Point on the call manager. On Unity, we map a forwarded call route to the "Sign-In" conversation. Is there a way to place a delay on the audio, or reconfigur something on the call manager or Unity Connection to get this resolved?
Also, is there a way for users to dial in to check their voicemail from outside and just enter their password as opposed to both UserID and password?
