Can't retrive recording from QM - using SPAN Recording

Hi Guys,

I have a problem retriving recordings from QM, I am getting "QMDT2063" error when I click the recording. I am using SPAN to monitor Voice VLANs and destination to the second NIC of QM server. The Desktop Recording is enabled on the QM as well and it works fine.

Can anyone please help here? Thanks very much.

Hi Anchoudh,

Thanks for the reply, I have read the thread before, but it isn't really help to solve the problem. I am using Server Side Recording, and I checked the codec for the calls (G.711), and also the calls recorded are not encrypted,  I can see the recordings too which means that SPAN works, right?

So I am not sure where the problem could be.
