Cannot hear prompts in Unity

I set up Unity in my lab using VMWare, and at first, when dialing voicemail, I could hear the normal prompts just fine. After a while, I would dial voicemail, and would only get silence. This happens when leaving or retrieving a voicemail. No sound. I know that the call is being transferred because I can see it in the status monitor. I am using Unity 4.03 with CallManager 4.03.

Restart your Unity services and see what happens. I feel like a broken record, but check your TSP software that is loaded on Unity. Older TSP version have odd behaviors.

But being VMware, who knows.

I know also, there is a Windows Terminal Services bug that if the Play Sound from remote computer is checked, it will cause issue with Unity playing/recording system wide.
