I recently logged into Unity and noticed that there were backup failure messages. I have tried to login to to DRS. It logs in but then hangs and never fully comes up and hand the whole window. I have tried restarting the services and that did not change the behavior. HELP!
Here is an update. I am abl to login via firefox. I see an error "Status: Local Agent is not responding. This may be due to a Master or Local Agent being down" I have checked service in CUCM an they are both up. I tried to see if these services were in Unity and I did not find them anywher. Not sure what else to try.
