Cannot Lunch Unity System Admin

Hello,

When I try to lunch locally my Cisco Unity System Admin I receive the folowing error:

Unrecognized error

hr=0x8007042D (The service did not start due to a logon failure.\x0D\x0A)

From: global.asa -- Initialize()

Please see your Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.

=====================================

My unity software version is the 4.1.1

I am also using Exchange 2000

Both run on a single W2K srv setup as a domain controller

I performed CUICA and CallManager integration both with successes but I am now totally stuck.

Someaone could help?

Take a look at Event Viewer and Services to see which service is not starting. Verify that the password configured for the service matches the password configured in Active Directory for that service account. Please see the link below for a list of Unity services and the accounts that they log on as.
