cannot place call from contacts

I am running Presence 6.04 and CUPC 1.21/1.24 and have trouble placing calls when right clicking a contact. I can place calls without issue by right clicking a contact in the search menu. (i.e. hasn't been added as a contact)

Any suggestions...troubleshooter and server health are green.

Hi,

cupc outlook plugin is only supported to be used with personal OWN contacts!

Public contacts have to be added as personal contacts first :-( in order to get dialed...

I appreciate your reply. My problem was that I had a phone device listed in the "Preferred Phone" field of CUPC. This wasn't allowing calls to be placed via the CUPC buddy list/contact list. It had nothing to do with Outlook.
