CAR report

Hi Friends ,

 

We are running on 8.5 version of CUCM . I enabled CAR/CDR on CUCM but i am not getting all the records .

Below is snap shot .

Hi Ravinder,

Please check if the 'Call Diagnostics Enabled' service parameter is set to true or not. It should be enabled to get call quality stats or cmr records.
