Dear all,

I perfoming a complete data backup of CCM 5.1. Below is showned the data backup status of all compontent.

An error appear about disk space for SYSLOGAGT and CDPAGT component and backup fails for all application.

The error is not true because we have enough disk space, however, to avoid any troubleshooting about disk space, I would like to know how to exclude from backup the above components for wich backup fail.

Any helps would be appreciate

Thanks and best regards

Leonardo

Hello Leonardo

You cannot avoid or skipping those components when the system is taking the backup.

It is part of the backup script.

Every time you attempt a backup does it fail in the same components with the same server?

Can you please collect the DRF Master and DRF Agent logs from all the server of your cluster?

Also get the output of  'show tech runtime disk' from CLI on all the servers.

Thanks

Fernando
