CCM 6.1(2). Extension Mobility

Hi,

I have a client with CCM6.1(2) with the service of extension mobility.

We have the following problems:

- When one user is trying to logout in a phone, he push the button "Services" and the user can't logout, becuase no appear the option of Extension Mobility Logout.

- Too, i have the following question: it is possible don't permit a few user to do login in some phones? To create restriction for the extension mobility.

Did you subscribe the device profile to the extension mobility service?

As far as I know, you cannot control which phones a user is capable of logging in to.
