CCM 6 and OCS 2007 Connection

Hi all

I have CCM 6.0 and OCS 2007 Systems. Now, I want to connect these each other.

My Topo is : Cisco IPPhone ----CCM 6.0---GW 2811 ---Mediation Server----MOC.

In CCM 6, I created route pattern, H323 GW,...My router configuration is :

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 // /+\1/

!

voice translation-rule 2

rule 1 /^\+200/ /200\1/

!

!

voice translation-profile pots

translate called 1

!

voice translation-profile voip

translate calling 2

!

dial-peer voice 100 voip

s

translation-profile outgoing pots

destination-pattern 200.

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:IP_MediationServer

session transport tcp

dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-notify

codec g711ulaw

clid strip pi-restrict

no vad

!

dial-peer voice 102 voip

translation-profile outgoing voip

destination-pattern 51..

session target ipv4:IP_CCM6

codec g711ulaw

no vad

!

Cisco IP Phone can call to MOC. The call is OK.

When MOC call to Cisco IP Phone, The IP Phone is ring, I press answer button. But MOC is still calling status (ring out). The call is not established.

I don't know why.Anybody has an idea?

To clarify, the SIP trunk from CUCM is for outbound calls from IP phone to OCS via the gateway correct?

Are you still doing SIP to H323 at the dial peers at the router then?

cheers!

Yes, you are right, the SIP trunk is for the calls from Cisco IP-Phone to MOC. Currently I've got 2 systems running like this. The first is a Cisco1760 and for the callmanager this is a H323 Gateway as well, is connected to the PSTN and is running 12.4(15)T5. The second is a Cisco2811 running 12.4(15)T5 and this one I just use as a IPIP GW and digit manupulation(add, remove +).

Have you check with MOC--->Mediation--->CUCM--->GW---->PSTN?

Or is the correct setup is MOC--->Mediation--->GW--->PSTN?

My goal is to get MOC to be able to dial out the Cisco gateway either directly or through the CUCM.

Im trying to figure out the best road to take. From it looks like, you have it all set correct?

Thanks much!!

Hi

Yes,I checked MOC to be able to dial out the Cisco gateway either directly or through the CUCM.

The both are OK.

In my company , Cisco IPT is main system. Every calls must through the CUCM. In there, We can manage Billing centrally. OCS has not to do that.

Do you have any OCS users that can make and receive calls from your CIsco gateway? I cant figure out for the life of how to get it to work.

cheers!

Have you resolved this issue?

I have some problems to dial out from MOC.

My design: MOC-->Mediation-->IPIP-GW-->CCM4.2-->H323 GW-->PSTN

The problem is, it rings at the destination in the PSTN, but when I pick up the phone, I still hear the ringback tone on MOC for some seconds and then I get a fast busy. The same happens with calls to Cisco IP Phones.

Any help is welcome.
