CCM and CUE integration

Hi, I am integrating CCM 6.1.2 with CUE 3.2.1. I have configured the CCM according to the following link.

Even if during the initialization of the CUE and CUE pulled all route point, CUE ports information from the CCM, the route point and ports are still not registering. I have reload the CUE but no progress. Has anyone come across this situation? Am I missing anything? Any idea.

Just to add CUE is able to import all the CTI ports that has been configured on the CCM successfully.

when show ccn status ccm-manager is executed on CUE, system shows that JTAPI is not registered with any call manager.

Any thoughts much appreciated.
