CCM backup failed.

There are Publisher (CCM1) and Subscriber (CCM2) servers with CUCM6.

There are some message at CW syslog collector:

DRF sftp operation has failed. Reason:Unable to access SFTP server. App ID:Cisco DRF Master Cluster ID: Node ID:ccm1

DRF Backup or Restore process has failed. Reason:Unable to access SFTP server. App ID:Cisco DRF Master Cluster ID: Node ID:ccm1

When I go to Disaster Recovery System in CUCM -> Backup Status I see:

...

Percentage Complete: 55%

...

all lines with CCM1 is SUCCESS while

all lines with CCM2 is Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be do

Both CCM1 and CCM2 are in the same subnet. I can ping both of it.

How to fix it ?

Re: CCM backup failed.

Try restarting the DRS services and then try again.
