I'am trying to add a CSV files of UDP's. I have the user ID field in the csv for the UDP's. I upload the file into CCM as a UDP as both specific and all details. When i select a template for the types of phones and the file from the "add UDP" screen the job runs but it errors out. It says "USER ID" is not a supported field. Why would it be saying that? Thanks
