CCM upgrade from 4.X to 7.1 Extension Mobility issues
We have upgraded CallManager to 7.1.3 from Version 4.0. I made sure everyone had logged out Extension mobility, but now we have users that can login to a phone but the logout is missing after they login.

The Device Profiles are subscribed to the Extension Mobility service, and the users are able to login but they cannot logout. The logout is missing from the screen under Extension Mobility. And it is not all users but about 30% of users.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
