HI
i have integrated CCM ver 5.1.3 with unity express ver 3.0
voicemail is working fine .but i have problem with VOICE VIEW.
when i login to services, i can see my voice mail. But when i press to listen it gives me AUTHENTICATION ERROR.
anyone has come through this error ?

Please check your rights for your AD user for IPCC Express. Also, try deleting the route point in CCM then the trigger. If that does not help please get me the MIVR and MADM logs. What kind of authentication error message are you receiving? Is this error causing voice mail delivery to fail?

i solved the problem
all the user devices has to be associated with
jtapi user created for unity express
but in CCME we need to define authentication URL
