this is a location issues, you probably have devices in different locations connecting to the meet-me number. what location is the phone in that you are starting the meet-me from? check the bandwidth defined for that location under "System - Location".
If all the phones are at the same location, you should not see these errors however if you have phones that are connecting to this meet-me that are set to a different location, then you need to determine what codec you are using for the meet-me, what is your actual available bandwith at each site and verify the phones are using the correct location setting.
