CCMBE 6.1 no import user to unity connections

hello

on unity connections no user are present on directory!!

on CCM 20 users are present...

how can we see the synchronization problems between 2 database(CCM and unity)??

You need to make sure you have the AXL setup correctly. Also make sure you have no special characters in the AXL account password.

Then it should show up for import

it was "just" confirm "Directory Number Associations" for each users
