CCX 5.0 Supervisor Desktop Barge greyed out

Is there specific configuration that needs to be in place for Barge-In and Intercept to be enabled?

The two buttons are greyed out evne when an Agent is on a call. Where do I select in the Agent Pane to be able to Barge/Intercept a call from the Supervisor Desktop?

I am running Build 6.4.2.12 on Unified Contact Center Express 5.0 Supervisor Desktop 5.0 (Enhanced Version).

You have to first select the agent call before it gets enabled, it's a little tricky the first time :-)
