CDR and CallManager Tools

I work for a company with limited resources. So I was hoping to find out from the Cisco VOIP community of all the Free tools to utilize for CallManager. I am specifically looking for excel templates to make sense out of my CDR records, and also anything else have to do with the phones or reporting etc.

From my experience the best thing to do is to do an SQL-query save it to Excel and convert the timestamps or use a 3rd-party tool such as Syn-Apps. HTH's
