Hi Jay,

Have a look at your Subscriber Server (Services) and ensure that you have the following set to True;

CDR collection is enabled through the CDR Enabled Flag Cisco CallManager service parameter

CDR Enabled Flag-Cisco CallManager service parameter that controls whether CDRs are generated. Set this parameter to True on each Cisco CallManager in the cluster. You do not need to restart the Cisco CallManager for the change to take effect.

From this good doc;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00803edb2b.html#wp1031481

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob

thnx for Reply

but my main problem is i cant find any option

like

"CDR Enabled Flag" in Cisco CallManager service parameter in both publisher and subscriber. In both server Os administration window showing both are publisher in cluster menu..

plz give me reply..

Hi Jay,,

I remember now reading your post from the other day on this 2- Publisher issue. I really think that you should open a TAC case on this one. You will have nothing but problems going forward if you leave both servers thinking that they are the Publisher. I think this CDR problem will seem mild compared to trying a Database Restore or other normal operations with this config left "as is".

Sorry, but this is really the way to go,

Rob
