Hi all,
I did an upgrade on CUCM from version 6.1.4 to 7.1.5 and i can't find any CDR from incoming calls? Anybody know if I need to set any especific parameters to enable this kind cdr in this version?
Any help will be appreciated

Make sure CDR services are running and enable the CUCM service parameter 'CDR Enabled Flag' in ALL servers you want to get info from.
There are no parameters for internal vs external calls, either you have CDR enabled or not.
