CDR is getting generated in CUCM but not pushed into SFTP server

Callmanager version is 7.0. The CDR is getting generated in CUCM but its not getting pushed into the SFTP server. It gets pushed only when the services like CDR Repository and CDR Agent is restarted. After that it again gets hanged soon and the services has to be restarted again. this was working fine before but now this issue has started. Please suggest a solution.

Re: CDR is getting generated in CUCM but not pushed into SFTP se

1) Log into CUCM Admin

2) Go to Application > Plugins. Download and install "RealTime Monitoring Tool -Windows" (RTMT).

3) Run RTMT and log in.

4) Trace & Log Central > Collect Files. Find "CDR Repository Manager"

We have the same problem with UCM 7.1.3.32900-4

We are using Aurenz CDR Software since 3 Years and we have these problems since some days:

When the error occured we could connect to the FTP-Server of the CDR-Server (Aurenz) without any problems.

Here are the Logfiles from Publisher:
