I am trying to get a handle on call volume but my CDR records dont seem to be showing any internal call infomation. I am having trouble finding information explaining how to set this up. Any help would be appreciated. I am still using Call Manager 6.1.3
When looking at the CDR in excel I am looking for calls that originate and terminate at a 4 digit internal extension. Maybe I just cant read a CDR record but every call looks like it originates outside our network.
Martin thanks for the help but I figured it out. I did not have the CDR Flag turned on for the server that my phones were registered with. I have CDR flagged for both servers now am seeing the internal calls.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
