CDR reports with number pre-strip

Can I generate reports with the numbers dialed by user and pre-strip or transformation?

If you're asking if you can somehow modify the output you get in the CDR reports, no, you cannot, it pulls the data directly as it was captured. You would need a 3rd party billing tool.
