we have CER configred to deliver a recording to email inboxes that says what number called 911. The recordings are getting cut off at the begging. So instead of hearing "Extension 44561 has made an ermergency call" they recording is starting off "61 has made an emergency call" Anybody know how to fix that?
CER never supported Voice Mail systems for its real time alerts. CER expects voice alerts to be answered by on-site security; if sent to voicemail and retrieved at a later time, their value is greatly diminished.
