We recently changed our email to Google Apps and we were successful in getting some of our SMTP devices to use Google; however, we haven't been able to get SMTP to work on CER v7.1.1
DNS has been enabled on the server and we entered in the SMTP information into the CER settings (aspmx.l.google.com) since CER doesn't support SSL. And our DNS servers resolve that entry to an IP. But, we aren't getting the email notifications when someone dials 911.
