Testing out Jabber and CUPC and I am having trouble using the CUPC/Jabber to forward to Voicemail. If I forward to the Voicemail pilot number everything works great. But if I attempt to forward to the built in Voicemail profile assigned to CUPC it fails with call cannot be completed as dialed. If I look at the CUPC logs it uses the email@example.com to forward the call and fails. But if I hard set the pilot number I see
x-cisco-serviceuri-cfwdall-Pilotfirstname.lastname@example.org. Any ideas? Is the CUPC client receiving this field from the SIP Profile? Can this be edited.
