Change call park settings

anyone ever changed the time call park is displayed on the phone. the park number is disappearing before the users can get to it. when the park is missed it rings back to the admin but doesnt show it's a missed call park until after the admin goes through the new call greeting.

any ideas?

You can change this with the Call Park Display Timer service parameter. This can be found under Service -> Service Parameters in CCM admin. Choose your server and the Cisco Callmanager Service. Take a look at the following link.
