Hi Everyone
I wanted to know is there a way to change what number that is displayed on the screen of an incoming number to end users. The reason that
I ask is because we recently changed PRI providers from Verizon to XO and when we had verizon a number that was long distance would
come across with say for example as 7607273432. But since we changed and now when a number comes in it comes across with our dial
out codes applied to the number so the users are seeing on a long distance call 817607273432. So is there a rule that I can apply in CUCM
to not show the 81 to numbers when they come in. Thanks in advance for the help and have a great day.
