Can you explain user ids? Typically only System Admins login into the system. Unless you are using PCA to log into the Unity webpages. If that is the case and you are VoiceMail Only, the user-ids are located ON the Unity in Windows 2003 AD. You will need manually change these or use a script to run it.
For System Administrations of Unity, you will need to run grantunityaccess from the Unity Tools Depot to grant new user-ids access to the SA pages of Unity. (for PCA you do not need to do this.)
