Change VG

Hi I have a quick question

We had one of our offices in NY sustain damages to it and ours users still need to make outbound calls, I know that there is a way to change the VG that they go through in call manger because I was showed this once before. The person that showed me how to do this is on vacation and not responding to his email.If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it and have a great day.

Change VG

There are few ways, the easiest way would be to locate Route List(s) for this location under Call Routing and re-configure it to point to other location's Route Group(s).
