When a subscriber dials the main VM access number from their extension they receive the standard main greeting. How do I set the option for the system to prompt strictly "enter your password" instead of playing the main VM gretting?
Thanks!

Check your call routing. If you changed the order of the incoming, this would cause it not to sign in.
You should have Auto Signin as your first one, which sends it to the "Sign in"
hope this helps!

Chances are the calling number is not being sent to Unity in that case - by default the first rule to be processed on a direct call is "attempt sign in" which searches for the calling number among subscriber extensions - if no match is found then it moves on to the next default rule which goes to the opening greeting.
Fire up the Call Viewer app (which you'll find in Tools Depot on your desktop) and see what you get for calling number when you dial in from a user's phoen to the piolot you have configured.

Just a side note...you can also add other numbers like the person's cell phone to their list of Alternate Extensions so they will only be prompted for a password also.
