Changing IP address on associated devices

Hi

I recently posted asking about how do I change th IP address on CM to go to a new subnet. Now I have another question, I wanted to know can someone tell me where can I find info on changing the IP on Unity,Presence,UCCX,and CUEAC.Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
