Does anyone know if unity is capable of doing the following request thta we got from our customer
Our old voice mail system had an option that allowed you to check sent voice mails. This was handy when you wanted to see if you’ve left a message for someone. An example would be what happened to me this morning. I called Beth Ritchie and left her a voice mail. Somehow I was transferred to the receptionist (I probably hit the wrong key). I’m not sure the message was left or not. In the old system I could go through the menu, select and option and enter an extension and it would tell me if a message of mine was in that box and let me hear it but not change or delete it. Do you know if this is an option?
